Profile
Paolo Cossu Architects is an award winning London-based architecture and design studio founded in 2007. Our work encompasses architecture, interior design, landscaping and product design. We are currently involved in a diverse range of projects in the UK and abroad for private, commercial and art sector clients. We enjoy working closely with our clients and consultants aiming to create unique and inventive solutions to suit each project, from small scale residential intervention to urban design schemes. We endeavour to collaborate with other architects, artists and specialists in order to widen the view on each project and enrich the quality of our proposals. Our process-led design approach allows us to investigate projects varying in type, scale and complexity. We believe that constraints are opportunities and that each project is the result of a critical response to a specific brief. We aim to achieve excellence through our conceptual design approach, which investigates new construction techniques, materials and typologies enabling us to attain the maximum effect with an economy of means.
Paolo Cossu studied architecture at the Politecnico di Milano and at the Escuela Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura in Barcelona. He is ARB UK registered and member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
